Where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does shipping take?
3–10 business days (depending on destination)

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging and tags.
Items purchased on sale or during limited drops may not be eligible for return.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a detailed size guide. If you're between sizes or need advice, our support team is happy to help before you place your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some core pieces may be restocked, but most CRUEL collections are produced in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, it may not return.
